For those of us that really haven't looked much into what info is available on airships:

Is this the crafters and stuff in order to build, or…?

Hey Siggy, good questions!

So far the information revealed has been limited.
They have made mention of the following:
-the airships will not be particularly difficult to craft
-each Free Company may build up to four airships
-most of the difficulty in the original build will come from the materials required to build them (not specified if gathering classes are required, or if battle classes would acquire these parts as drops)
-the airships will be deployed for various tasks (possibly similar to retainer ventures, possibly allowing the FC to visit specific locations previously locked, such as the isle you visit for the Sahagin daily quests perhaps)

Regardless of what classes will be required, any and all FC members are encouraged to take part if they desire, and that will form the basis of our airship crew.

Hey guys.

In preparation for the upcoming expansion, we're going to get a team of people together to plan and take responsibility of building and maintaining the free company airship(s).

Much like the free company gardening. you'll be making decisions on how to procure and deploy the airships to best serve the needs of the FC.
Unlike the gardening however, these positions are open for ANYBODY! All you need to do is reply to this thread with which role you would like to fill, and you're in! In the event that multiple people would like to fulfill a given role, we will have a poll to determine the positions winner.

Positions will be closed for recruitment on June 4th so as to allow preparation for the expansion.
